I am affiliated with the Department of Public Policy and the Transfer Project at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and co-lead the Cash Transfer and Intimate Partner Violence Research Collaborative. I am a non-resident fellow at the Center for Global Development and consult for a variety of research and policy organizations, including the UNICEF Office of Research-Innocenti.
